Biotech research company SeaStock has secured a $740,000 investment from Australia’s Food and Beverage Accelerator (FABA).
The company says the investment will support the development and certification of safe and high-purity ingredients that meet the Australian and international standards.
The initiative marks SeaStock’s commercialisation of its clean-label, ‘Ruby Sea’ product, while contributing to the company’s IP-led strategy and circular product model as it pursues clean-label ingredient innovation.
“We’re proud to collaborate with FaBA – an Australian Government-backed initiative uniting industry and research to advance science-led innovation across the food sector, as we move closer to bringing Ruby Sea to market,” said a SeaStock spokesperson.
