Eco-friendly cleaning product manufacturer Forsana is set to expand in Australia with a series of new distribution deals.

The New Zealand-based company, founded in Christchurch, has also signed a deal with Farmlands to increase its supply to rural Kiwi farmers. Its water tank treatment products will also be available at Mitre 10 stores nationwide.

Formerly known as Good Clean Health Co, Forsana sells hydrogen peroxide solutions that serve as eco-friendly bleach, turning back into water and oxygen once it’s done cleaning. Now adding its patented silver-stabilised solution, Forsana claims it is up to eight times more effective than normal hydrogen peroxide.

On top of its presence in more than 600 retailers in New Zealand already, Forsana’s addition of 80 Farmlands stores and additional contracts will add 100 new locations to its portfolio.

Dan Hawke, co-founder of Forsana, said the increase in the company’s sales volumes has been driven by the rapid expansion of its brick-and-mortar presence.

“At the moment, we’re actively pursuing distribution partners and well-aligned investment opportunities,” he said.

“We’re particularly keen to establish partnerships with larger organisations – such as garden centre chains or major retail groups – that can help expand our reach beyond the current network of predominantly independent retailers.”
