Luke Ritchie

Luke is a managing partner at Grendons Advisory. Luke combines 30 years of commercial experience with master's degrees in business and communications to bring a distinctive approach to solving complex business problems. After 15 years of working for retailers and corporates, he co-founded GNC Group Consulting in 2010 to help address the operational gap often left by larger professional services firms. After growing to 60 people across Australia and Asia, GNC Group merged with Grant Thornton Australia in 2017 where Luke was the national head of retail his retirement from the firm in 2023. Luke is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
