Freedom Foods Group non-executive director, Melvyn Miles, has resigned, effective today.
FNP’s chairman, Perry Gunnar, paid tribute to Miles’ contributions, noting that he had joined the company as non-executive director in 2006.
Since that time, he played an important role working with the board and management on building the company, in particular with a strong contribution to its manufacturing and operational disciplines.
Miles also served as an important member of the Audit & Risk Committee, as well as a Freedom Foods Group nominee on the board of A2 Milk Company since July 2010.
