Guardian has been been presented with the Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award – Pharmacy for 2017. It is followed by Amcal, which runs in second place.

Guardian was the only pharmacy to be awarded a five-star rating in the overall satisfaction category. The local pharmacy has achieved the highest possible five-star rating in five out of the 8 categories, including Overall Satisfaction, Service and Advice Provided, Availability and Dispensing of Prescriptions, Pharmacist Availability and Health Management Programs.
“The consistently high ratings across these categories is aligned with our strategy of delivering patient focused programs and support services to help the community better manage their health. It also validates that the brand promise – Let’s Talk About You – is being delivered by our members,” said Hooper.
