Pharmacare has announced that it will acquire one of Australia’s leading health snack businesses, Go Natural.
The family-owned business was established over 30 years ago and today distributes its products across grocery, petrol and convenience stores locally. The company also exports to 12 international markets.
“As a prominent player in the Health & Wellness category we see Go Natural as an ideal strategic fit with strong alignment to the Pharmacare business and our future direction. The opportunity for Pharmacare to further develop this iconic brand into a new stage of growth is an exciting proposition and one we are very much looking forward to,” John Donlan CEO of Pharmacare Laboratories said in a statement.
