Woolworths to get customers shopping early with rewards boost

Supermarket giant Woolworths is giving customers an incentive to get a head start on Christmas shopping with bonus rewards this weekend.Woolworths, BWS, BIG W and participating Caltex and Woolworths Caltex fuel outlets is offering bonus Woolworths Rewards points until Sunday December 2.Across the group Woolworths employs more than 140,000 staff and will add an extra 10 per cent in December to handle the busy festive period.Woolworths Group CEO Brad Banducci said budgets are stretched at this time of the year and time is tight.“It means customers can earn even more rewards on every dollar spent, as well as enjoy a hassle free experience with more team members on hand to help,” Banducci said.Woolworths recently enhanced redemption options for Rewards members using the ‘Save for Christmas’ feature, to give customers more flexibility to choose the date they decide to redeem savings.Bonus rewards:● Spend $50 – $99 – Earn 3x Woolworths Rewards points● Spend $100 – $149 – Earn 5x Woolworths Rewards points● Spend $150+ – Earn 10x Woolworths Rewards points
