Moondarra Cheese has expanded its product line with the release of a Cranberry & Vanilla Soft & Creamy Cheese and unveiled updated packaging across its marinated cheese range.
Made with the company’s triple cream cheese base, the new offering is infused with cranberries and vanilla, delivering a rich, smooth and creamy texture.
Packaged in a 120g size at a recommended retail price of $4.20, the product is being distributed nationally through selected Woolworths supermarkets.
Alongside the flavour addition, Moondarra updated the labelling for its marinated cheese product line.
The revised jar labels replace the previous dark background with a lighter design intended to clarify product details, explicitly noting the use of grass-fed cow’s milk.
The company said the marinated cheese formulation and recipe remain unchanged during the packaging transition, with both older and newer label versions appearing on retail shelves as current inventory sells through.
In 2023, the company acquired Tarago River Cheese for an undisclosed sum. Both cheese makers are located in Gippsland, Victoria, and the acquisition aims to accelerate growth in the area’s gourmet specialty cheese category.
