Frucor Suntory appoints chief transformation officer

Frucor Suntory has named James Houston, (above), as its new chief transformation officer, taking the reins of the company’s transformation office.

In his new role, Houston will oversee the leading and coordinating programs to accelerate the company’s growth ambitions.

“He brings a breadth of experience to the role from positions in multinational organisations, and as a small business owner running a cafe and consultancy,” the company said in a statement.

According to the company, the programs will supplement the work, progress and plans already underway across each of its functions.

Houston joined Frucor Suntory as chief supply chain & quality officer and has been working for the company for more than three years. He took on the chief commercial officer position last year, leading the ANZ sales teams. Based in Sydney, James will remain part of Frucor Suntory’s executive leadership team.
