Australian food processor Beak & Sons has teamed up with Yak Brewing to launch two limited-edition products infused with fruity ale flavours.
The Beak & Sons Limited Edition Beef Sliders and Godfather Snags (sausages) retail for $8 and are available across Coles stores nationally.
John Stathis, Beak & Sons’ head of marketing, said the launch offers a “new twist” on a summer classic.
“This project has allowed us to showcase the high-quality ingredients used across our brands. The sausages and sliders are manufactured using 100 per cent Australian beef and pork.”
Yak Brewing marketing manager Andy Vance said the meat is infused with fruity ale flavours making it a “perfect summer meal”.
The sausage contains no alcohol, but rather a special Fat Yak flavouring to ensure a consistent taste.
