Melbourne-based premix cocktail brand Curatif has teamed up with global drinks distributor Amber Beverage Group to expand internationally.
Launched in 2019, the company operates a facility in Port Melbourne and has worked with various Australian and international liquor brands to create its own version of ready-to-drink cocktails.
The company says the RTD category has seen significant growth in volume and revenue as “in-home-premise” consumption has increased in recent years.
Curatif’s MD, Matt Sanger, said he is proud the brand is a “forerunner” of this dynamic shift in thinking in the premix cocktail segment.
“We’re always deeply encouraged to be recognised for our commitment to quality and
innovation. We’ve won the highest awards possible on the world stage and we’re very excited to now be bringing these amazing cocktails to more consumers in different markets”.
Tanya Mah, head of marketing at Amber Beverage, said the business is “thrilled” with the partnership and added RTD remains “one of the fastest growing categories” in Australian liquor.
“Curatif provide Amber Beverage with a competitive advantage to help meet consumer needs. The brand is 100 per cent Australian, being made locally in Melbourne, and complements our existing portfolio of premium spirits perfectly.”
Curatif’s RTD canned cocktails are currently available at major retailers and independent liquor stores nationally and retail at $52 for a four-pack.
