Bulla Murray Street has teamed up with renowned pastry chef and “Chocolate Queen” Kirsten Tibballs to introduce a new range of ice cream sticks designed to “delight tastebuds”.
The frozen treats are inspired by some of Tibballs’ signature sweets, including Lemon Meringue Tart, Passionfruit Panna Cotta, and Berry Rebellion Tart.
True to the Murray Street Ice Creamery tradition, Bulla said its ice cream sticks are made with fresh Australian milk, cream, and free-range egg yolk, and “levelled up” with the pastry chef’s recipes.
Prior to its launch, the range will be available in Pullman Sydney Hyde Park during the spring school holidays, where an exclusive ice cream cart will offer samples for in-house guests.
The Bulla Murray Street x Kirsten Tibballs ice cream range will be available on October 16 at Woolworths, Coles, and independent grocery stores nationwide for an RRP of $10.50 for a four-pack.
