Smirnoff has dropped a new limited edition ready-to-drink (RTD) flavour – Smirnoff Ice Lavender Lemonade, inspired by the colour purple.
A combination of lavender and lemon, the new beverage combines triple-distilled Smirnoff vodka and lemonade layered with lavender for a fragrant finish. It has an ABV of 4.5 per cent and is described as having the “perfect balance of citrus and floral notes”.
According to Smirnoff, lavender has been making waves over the past year in fashion and pop music, inspiring everything from couture and festival glamour to song titles and album cover designs.
“With the colour purple having its moment, we’re leaning into our lavender era with the launch of Smirnoff Lavender Lemonade, creating a new taste that sparks excitement,” added Maddy Stockwell, marketing manager for Smirnoff.
The new Smirnoff Ice Lavender Lemonade is available at liquor stores nationwide, including Dan Murphy’s and BWS, for an RRP of $21.99 for a four-pack of 300ml glass bottles.
