Sprio Spritz introduces Italian-inspired sparkling beverages

Sprio Spritz introduces Italian-inspired sparkling beverages

Sprio Spritz has launched a range of low-sugar Italian-inspired beverages to provide a healthier alternative to soft drinks.

Available in three flavours – Blood Orange, Sicilian Lemon, and Chinotto – the drinks boast a complex taste profile and are made from naturally derived fruit extracts, low-to-no-sugar sweeteners, and natural colours and flavours.

Sprio Spritz was founded in 2014 by wine expert Anthony Nania, and Fabbio Navarolli, owner of Tuscan Bar and Vinoriium, after searching for an all-natural drink with fine champagne-style bubbles and a fresh, lasting taste.

“We wanted to develop a drink for the discerning health-conscious individual that would only contain high-quality natural ingredients and pair exceptionally with or without food,” shared Nania.

“All this without any fanfare or plethora of broken promises of so many products.”

The beverage company recommends Sicilian Lemon Spritz paired with seafood or shellfish, whereas Chinotto’s bitterness is “perfect as a palate-cleanser” or with any antipasti.

Meanwhile, the Blood Orange Spritz is described as pairing well with white meats such as chicken, pork, or veal.

Sprio Spritz is available for an RRP of $88 for a 24-pack of 275ml bottles online and in select health food stores and fine food grocers nationally.
