China sales boom underpins Jatcorp turnaround

Source: Jatcorp

Jatcorp swung to net income on the back of higher revenue, thanks to higher revenue in the majority of its markets.

Jatcorp makes dairy- and plant-based health products and supplements under the Moroka, Jinvigorate, Neurio and Ione brands.

The company’s net income reached $2.2 million while revenue from continuing operations surged 42 per cent to $52.5 million in the last fiscal year.

China revenue surged 52 per cent to $36.5 million and Australian revenue increased 13.2 per cent to $39.3 million. New Zealand soared 32 per cent to $194,703 while Vietnam sales were stable at $220,560.

“We are seeing increased demand for health and well-being products in our key markets, particularly for lactoferrin-based products amongst consumers in mainland China,” said Sunny Jianxin Liang, CEO of Jatcorp.

“We anticipate forming more strategic partnerships, so have further improved the scalability of our ANMA factory with a new sachet product line to bolster production capacity for the design, packaging, labelling and distribution of dairy and plant-based health formula products.”
