Ebos Group has denied it is considering buying Real Pet Food.
The company’s statement comes in response to a column in The Australian newspaper titled ‘Ebos chasing Real Pet Food’.
“Ebos has a long-standing strategy of investing for growth through small to medium-sized bolt-on acquisitions,” said Ebos in an ASX and NZX filing.
“The article is inaccurate and Ebos is not considering an acquisition of the Real Pet Food Company.”
Ebos Group is the largest marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products in Australia and New Zealand.
