Jack Link’s expands beef snack range with spicy option

Meat snacks brand Jack Link’s has launched its Jalapeno Beef Jerky, a spicy and low-fat addition described as the “love at first bite” product.

The new addition features Jack Link’s slow-cooked beef with jalapeno chilli peppers. According to the company, it has 17g of protein, is low in fat, and has “a dynamic mix of savoury and spicy”.

“It has been 10 years since our first spiced innovation, and we can’t wait for our jerky community to get their hands on our Jack Link’s Jalapeno Beef Jerky,” said Jack Link’s Asia Pacific MD Dan Bitti.

“The Jalapeno Beef Jerky is a top-selling flavour in our birthplace of North America, so it was only right that we brought one of the biggest and best tastes down under. With the recipe that put us on the map long ago blended with unique spices and the zest of Jalapeno chilli peppers, our Jack Link’s Jalapeno Beef Jerky are going to go like wildfire”.

Jack Link’s Jalapeno Beef Jerky is available at independent retailers and convenience stores for $5.50.

Jack Link’s was founded in 1985 and now offers more than 100 protein snacks in more than 40 countries. It has a factory in New Zealand.
