Former Metcash CEO Andrew Reitzer will join SPC Global as a director, effective March 31.
Following Reitzer’s career at Metcash as CEO from 1998 to 2013, he became chairman of SG Fleet, George & Matilda, Amaysim Australia, and ARQ Group.
Along with him, SPC Global also appointed current Ambulance Victoria chair Shelly Park as a director.

“These additions mean that we have a highly capable team that will support and guide the organisation as it undergoes its transformation into a global food and beverages business.”
With the new appointments, executive director Andrew Cohen will step down from the board.
