Heads of Noosa Brewing Co has launched its ginger beer into BWS and Dan Murphy’s stores across Queensland.

Initially a limited release and only available on tap, the Australian independent brewer’s product became a customer favourite, causing the company to offer it in 330ml bottles.

The ginger beer is made with locally grown Buderim ginger juice, which naturally creates sediment in kegs.

Bartenders add measured shots of concentrated ginger juice to the naked ginger beer instead of rolling heavy kegs, which is then poured over ice to ensure a consistent, natural, fresh taste in each serving.

“This innovation means our hospitality partners can serve a perfectly balanced, fresh Ginger Beer every time – with no sediment issues and no heavy kegs to move around,” said Lance Masterton, head brewer and co-founder of Heads of Noosa.

“It’s all about keeping the quality high and the experience easy – for venues and customers alike.”

Heads of Noosa Ginger Beer provides a natural ginger kick, with a balanced sweetness, and has hints of lemon and lime with a 4 per cent ABV.

The drink will be available in four-packs and cartons of 24 x 330ml bottles across most Dan Murphy’s and BWS stores in Queensland, selected bars and venues across the state, and on tap at the Heads of Noosa Taproom on Rene Street in Noosaville.
