Brewed drink company Bundaberg has partnered with Kettle Chips, owned by Snackbrands Australia, to relaunch a limited-edition flavoured crisp, dubbed Ginger Beer chips.

The company says the collaboration caters to Aussies with Kettle’s crunch and caramel notes, featuring a flavour inspired by the ‘spicy-sweet’ taste of Bundaberg’s ginger beer.

“We were really pleased with how Aussies responded to the Bundaberg collaboration with Kettle, and we’re keen to bring Kettle’s Ginger Beer Chip back this summer,” said John McLean, CEO of Bundaberg.

“Taste is at the heart of everything we do, so teaming up with a brand equally committed to quality and flavour is a fun collaboration for us.”

Kettle Bundaberg Ginger Beer Chips will be sold in 90g and 150g bags next month at independent supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.

“The response in 2023 was phenomenal. Australians clearly weren’t ready to say goodbye to this one. This collaboration champions bold, summer flavours and the kind of innovation that gets people talking,” said James Deysel, Snackbrands Australia’s MD.
