New Zealand food producer Heilala Vanilla has expanded its product line by launching vanilla paste and extract products across Coles.
The range includes a 100ml Natural Vanilla Extract for $7 and a 100g Natural Vanilla Paste for $11.
The company says both products are designed for mainstream retail distribution, targeting everyday home baking and culinary uses.
Founded in 2002 as part of a humanitarian initiative in Tonga, Heilala operates as a certified B Corp, with facilities in New Zealand for vanilla cultivation, curing, and processing.
Heilala Vanilla co-founder and CEO Jennifer Boggiss said that the product expansion into Coles aims to provide accessible, higher-grade vanilla options for Australian consumers, encouraging Australian home cooks to experiment in both sweet and savoury dishes.
The two products are available nationwide across Coles supermarkets.
“This new range with Coles is about making it really simple: two great vanilla products that home bakers can reach for again and again,” she said.
“We hope it encourages Australians to be a little more curious about their vanilla, use it more often and make that teaspoon count.”
