Pryme Snacks has launched its Wagyu jerky across all Coles supermarkets nationwide, representing the brand’s largest grocery distribution milestone to date.

The launch follows distribution agreements with Metcash last year, an April expansion into Ampol locations, and a rollout across WHSmith stores in Australian domestic and international airports by August.

Co-founder Eylon Levy said the Coles agreement transitions the company into a brand with national reach across major retail channels.

“Launching across Coles supermarkets nationally is a defining moment for Pyme. We have moved from a challenger product into a brand with genuine national reach across Australia’s major retail channels,” said Levy.

“Australia produces some of the world’s finest beef. Our ambition is to create more value from that strength here at home, showcase the quality of Australian beef products to consumers, and ultimately put Australia on the global meat snack map,” she added.

Made in Australia, Pryme Wagyu Jerky comes in five variants: Original, Honey Soy, Mango Chilli, Sriracha, and Zesty Lime. The product carries a recommended retail price of $6.90 per 50g pack.

The range is available through supermarket, independent grocery, petrol and convenience, and travel retail channels.
