Sanitarium Health Food Company has expanded its plant-based beverage portfolio by launching So Good High Fibre + Prebiotics Almond and Oat Milks.

The company says the cholesterol-free range is formulated to help consumers increase daily dietary fibre intake while supporting digestive health.

Developed in response to growing consumer interest in gut health and functional nutrition, the products serve as a plant-based alternative for everyday uses, including breakfast cereals, smoothies, hot beverages, and cooking applications. They are formulated with lower sugar content and are high in calcium.

Nicole Toby, senior brand manager at So Good, said the product line was created to offer a simple way for Australians to integrate functional nutrition into their daily routines and noted that consumer conversations around wellbeing are increasingly focusing on the importance of dietary fibre.

“It’s an easy swap that can help people enjoy more fibre as part of the meals and moments they already love, from those morning latte rituals, breakfast cereals and smoothies to everyday cooking,” she added.

The new products are available nationwide across Woolworths stores and online.

Last year, Sanitarium launched a new Weet-Bix campaign featuring soccer player Mary Fowler. The campaign aims to bring nostalgia to viewers, “reigniting a love of breakfast across generations”.
