Australian toilet and tissue paper distributor, Solaris Paper, has launched its new luxury toilet tissue brand, Emporia.
Emporia marketing manager, Roland zur Oven-Krockhaus, says Emporia has some key differentiators that sets it apart from other bog-standard toilet tissue paper brands.
“There is no other luxury toilet paper out there like Emporia, making it a first for the toilet tissue category.
Its unique combination of micro fibres for ultra-softness and long fibres for strength, provides an unbeatable luxury experience consumers have been waiting for,” said Oven-Krockhaus.
Emporia is available in two embossed varieties: unscented bright white, or silver scented with a luxury perfume on the inner core (not the tissue).
Oven-Krockhaus said Australian retailers and consumers could have complete confidence that Emporia was truly sustainable.
“Australian consumers are some of the most environmentally conscious on the planet and we’ve made sure that Emporia meets the highest environmental and social standards. Solaris Paper is committed to the global goal of deforestation and we only use materials from sustainably managed forests and plantations.
“Emporia is certified by The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), the world’s largest forestry certification system,”says Oven-Krockhaus.
The Eemporia launch is supported by a TV advertising campaign which will run for a three week period on national free to air TV and Foxtel.
A poster campaign will run in conjunction with the TV advertisements in 65 Westfield shopping centres across Australia.
The campaign focuses on communicating the brand’s strength and quality message, as well as how it creates the ultimate luxury bathroom experience.
The new luxury toilet tissue is available on shelves in Woolworths supermarkets across the country.
