Bega Cheese has appointed Raelene Murphy as a director of the company.
Murphy will become chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, replacing Joy Linton, who will transfer to London in a global senior executive role with Bupa.
Murphy began her career in audit at Price Waterhouse and most recently was MD of 333 Management. She has held senior finance and executive roles in FMCG, logistics, and construction industries.
Bega says outgoing board member, Linton, was a significant asset to the company since listing on the ASX, and her insights around strategy assisted in ensuring the company continues to be well positioned for future growth.
