31st:Second expands to Melbourne

31ST:Second has been appointed as the shopper marketing agency for Lion and will be working  on instore shopper marketing campaigns to bring its brands to life on and off shelf. The agency will also be the principal shopper marketing agency for Hisense Australia, and will deliver initial branding work for the global nutrition company, Flush Fitness.
