Cocofrio recalls Strawberry Choc Chip frozen dessert

Cocofrio Strawberry Choco ChipSweetin Pty Ltd (trading as Cocofrio) has recalled Cocofrio Dairy & Gluten Free Frozen Dessert Strawberry Choc Chip from supermarket shelves.

NSW Food Authority announced in a statement Cocofrio pulled out the dessert product from Foodlands (SA), Foodworks (VIC), Farmer Jacks (WA), IGA and independent grocery stores in NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, SA & WA due to the presence of undeclared allergens (pecans, hazelnuts, cashews and pistachios).

NSW Food Authority said consumers with a pecan, hazelnut, cashew or pistachio allergy or intolerance should not consume this product and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. For those concerned about their health, consumers should seek medical advice.
