Maggi releases new Maggi Marketplace

Maggi MarketplaceFood company Maggi has created Maggi Marketplace, a delicious new gourmet recipe range designed to help busy foodies save time and fit healthy home-cooking into daily life.

Maggi said in a statement made with real ingredients and quality herbs and spices, the Maggi Marketplace range offers contemporary, chef-style recipe bases and sauces, enabling people to experience homemade food more often.

“As a country, we’re passionate about food, and photographing what we eat. Yet busy lifestyles mean people are hard-pushed to find time during the week to cook from scratch and keep it healthy. We’ve done a great deal of research to create a number of tasty solutions that not only offer Australians fuss-free and quick dinner choices, but also inspires them to cook at home with real food and fresh ingredients,” said Tracy Hardwick, marketing manager of Maggi.

The range consists of three core product ranges:

Delicious Noodle Sauces – foodies are embracing the trend for international spices and bold flavours. These ready-to-cook sauces allow them to whip up their favourite noodle dishes, such as Pad Thai or Vietnamese Noodle Salad, in just 25 minutes.

Flexitarian Recipe Bases – with vegetarianism and veganism on the steep incline, Aussies are seeking meat-free alternatives. Tapping into this trend, Maggi has created vegetarian options packed with flavour, including Red Wine & Mushroom Ragu and Mediterranean Pilaf.

Tasty Stir Fry Mixes – with a cooking time of just 10 minutes, mouth-watering choices, including Honey Soy, Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass and Chinese Five Spice, people can beat the takeaway clock and re-create authentic, nutritionally-balanced stir fries in a fraction of the time.

With Australians seeking fewer artificial or processed mealtime options, the Maggi Marketplace range is made with real ingredients and only needs a handful of nutritious, seasonal produce to complete the dish. It also features low-salt alternatives, to provide a more health-conscious option that doesn’t compromise on taste.

“There’s nothing better than the smell and taste of a home-cooked meal, so we are incredibly excited to launch Maggi Marketplace and inspire Aussies with a new, weeknight food experience. The range is designed to help people recreate flavoursome, authentic cuisine from the comfort of their own kitchen, regardless of their cooking skills. By simply adding fresh ingredients like meat and veggies, they’ll have a complete meal in minutes, with minimal fuss and maximum flavour, and the sense of enjoyment that accompanies home-cooking. We can’t wait for people to try it for themselves,” Hardwick said.

The Maggi Marketplace range is available now at Coles, Woolworths and independent supermarkets nationwide.
