New Zealand dairy co-operative Fonterra has launched an all-in-one vitamin, mineral and protein powder to support the body through ageing.
Bodiology is scientifically formulated to build and repair joints, bones and muscles that can decline as we age due to wear-and-tear, a sedentary lifestyle or under-nutrition.
The supplement supports the whole musculoskeletal system as opposed to just strengthening bones, with protein at its core and essential vitamins and minerals including, Calcium, Vitamin D, Phosphorus, Vitamin C, and Magnesium.
Olympian and Fox Sports commentator Matt Shirvington has thrown his support behind the product as a Bodiology ambassador.
“Being a competitive athlete for much of my life, I have always had to be aware of the importance of maintenance and recovery of my joints, muscles and bones to stay fit and active.
