A report by recruitment company Hays released on Wednesday revealed the extent of workplace bullying and harassment in Australia.
Almost half of workers surveyed across Australia and New Zealand reported that they had experienced bullying or harassment at work due to gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability.
Out of those who experienced this type of behaviour, 41 per cent took no action at all, while a further 15 per cent chose to leave the organisation rather than report it.
Today we’re asking if you think there is adequate measures in place to deal with this type of behaviour and to support the person being harassed. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
