Australian craft gin brand Four Pillars has launched a new ready-to-pour cocktail blend called Double Gin Martini.
The brand has combined its Olive Leaf Gin and Fresh Yuzu Gin to produce a “bright, citrus-forward Martini” in this latest release.
The gin features Lillet Blanc aromas with bright, floral notes complemented by Toji Daiginjo Sake, Yuzu bitters and saline solution to give it a rounded finish.
It retails for $60 for a 550ml bottle and boasts an ABV of 22 per cent. It is available online and from Four Pillars’ distillery in Healesville, Yarra Valley and its Surry Hills Laboratory.
