Suntory names new executives besides reorganising group companies

Suntory plans to reorganise its group company structure and appoint new executives to lead each, set to take effect next year.

The reorganisation will impact at Suntory Holdings Limited, Suntory Spirits Limited, and Suntory Wellness Limited starting January 1.

These companies, as well as Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, will also have new executives.

Among the appointments, Kenji Yamada was named director and EVP of Suntory Holdings, while Yukihiro Kamakura will be director and senior managing executive officer of the company.

Kaneo Oka was appointed as director and EVP of Suntory Spirits, and Shingo Kawasaki was named managing executive officer.

At Suntory Beverage & Food, Shekhar Mundlay will take the role of director and EVP, while Naoto Okinaka will become senior managing executive officer.

Okinaka will also become a director of Suntory Wellness, alongside Dai Yamamura.
