PepsiCo has named Alexia Horley as CEO of its Australian and New Zealand Foods division, effective July 21.
She succeeds Kyle Faulconer, who will return to the US to assume the role of senior VP, PepsiCo North America commercial.
Horley brings two decades of experience with PepsiCo, most recently serving as GM of Australia Foods. Since joining the company in 2005, she has held senior leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region, including chief commercial officer for Australia Foods and GM for beverages in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
“Alexia’s strong strategic mindset, relentless consumer focus and deep expertise in the ANZ retail landscape position her perfectly to lead the business forward,” said Anne Tse, CEO Apac foods, at PepsiCo.

Under Horley’s leadership as GM of Australia Foods for PepsiCo, the firm has expanded with investment in new multipack capabilities and an additional production line for Red Rock Deli.
