Melbourne-based family-owned bakery brand Well & Good is set to launch its gluten-free raspberry coconut slice mix nationally later this month.
Developed from a family recipe, the mix is designed for home baking and addresses consumer demand for allergy-friendly snack options.
The company says the formulation is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free, and it holds both Kosher and Halal certifications.
The product will be available at Woolworths and selected IGA stores across metropolitan and regional areas.
Earlier, Well & Good expanded its gluten-free range with new rolls.
