Asembl has worked with Streets and The Collagen Co on a collaboration covering two Streets freezer products.
The partnership marks Streets’ entry into the collagen category with the launch of two limited Meal Replacement Glow Shakes in Weis Mango and Splice Pine Lime flavours.
Juliette Fleming, senior brand manager at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, said Weis holds a place within the better-for-you segment.
“Partnering with The Collagen Co was a natural next step,” she said. “A way to reimagine those nostalgic, sunshine-filled flavours into a modern, functional format made for today’s lifestyle.”
Millie Padula, in-house dietitian and nutritionist at The Collagen Co, said the inclusion was intended to support long-term consumer behaviour.
“When it comes to long-term weight management, adherence is everything,” Padula said. “Taste plays a far bigger role than most people realise. If a product feels repetitive, it becomes much harder to stay consistent.”
Asembl MD Justin Watson said the collaboration brings Weis Mango and Splice Pine Lime into a protein and collagen-based format.
“Limited edition, it combines the flavours you grew up with Glow Shakes’ indulgent high-protein, collagen-infused formulation,” Watson said. “It is the ultimate shake-up to the collagen category”.
The Meal Replacement Glow Shakes range is formulated to support weight management. It contains high protein, no added sugar, hydrolysed collagen peptides and controlled carbohydrate levels. The two products are available only through The Collagen Co website at a recommended retail price of $79.
