Oatside has expanded beyond oat milk with the launch of Nobo Soy, a new soy milk range introduced alongside a limited-edition handbag created in collaboration with Vietnam-based fashion label Chautfifth.
Rolling out across major retailers and e-commerce platforms, the range debuts with two variants: Nobo Soy Original and Nobo Almond Soy.
According to the brand, the drinks are made with clean ingredients and naturally high protein, with flavour profiles tailored to Asian tastes.
The launch marks the Singapore-founded brand’s entry into the soy milk category, a long-standing staple across the region. In Singapore, soy milk remains a familiar beverage commonly enjoyed at kopi shops or at home for breakfast.
“Soy milk is something I grew up drinking; it’s nostalgic and nourishing. Yet, it’s something I drink less and less frequently,” said Benedict Lim, CEO and founder of Oatside.
“With Nobo, we wanted to make a soy milk we could feel good about drinking, with a roasted kinako, low-beany taste and a high protein level of 4.2g/100ml, all while keeping clean labels with no oils, emulsifiers or added protein powders. It helps me get to my daily protein goal, especially on days I don’t get enough protein from my meals.”
To mark the launch, Nobo Soy has partnered with Vietnamese fashion brand Chautfifth, known for its playful yet considered designs. The collaboration introduces a handbag shaped like Nobo’s main character, a soy bean, created exclusively for the brand’s debut.
Launching on March 16, the bag will be available for purchase on Chautfifth’s website while stocks last.
