Lay’s-Co, Cheetos-Co, Gatorade-Co or even Quaker-Co: PepsiCo’s umbrella of brands could have taken these names, at least according to its latest campaign.
The FMCG giant shines a spotlight on the hundreds of snacks and beverages that sit behind its corporate name with ‘House of Brands’.
According to PepsiCo, only 18 per cent of consumers associate the company with brands beyond Pepsi.
The campaign aims to close that awareness gap by highlighting the breadth of PepsiCo’s portfolio, including brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Gatorade, and Quaker.
“House of Brands is the latest step to help consumers connect the company with the more than 500 brands they know and love,” PepsiCo said.
“Like any family, our brands have distinct personalities, loyal fans, and even a little friendly rivalry.”
The campaign forms part of PepsiCo’s broader “One PepsiCo” strategy, which aims to bring its brands together under a unified corporate identity.
