PepsiCo nabs employment award

PepsiCo Australia has been given the top honour by the Australian HR awards, taking home the title of Employer of Choice for 2017.

The soft drinks giant was recognised as the best company to work for in Australia with 1,000 or more employees. The award category was judged based on the following criteria including leadership, engagement, communication and employee benefits.

We have total leadership involvement from the top, and an excellent HR team working closely with the business.”

PepsiCo Australia has also been named as an Employer of Choice for Gender equality for the last three years by the Workplace Gender Equality agency.
