Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola Australia has unveiled the first Frozen Coke No Sugar exclusively at McDonald’s.
The latest offering is part of Coca-Cola’s efforts to reduce sugar across its portfolio by 20 per cent by 2025. The soft drinks giant is scaling back sugar in its existing recipes and introducing new no sugar drinks to meet its target.
George Wheen, brand director of Flavours, said, “We know people’s taste and preferences are changing and so are we.”
“We are delighted to bring this new innovation to market in Australia. It has been a focus for us as a business to offer Australians the choice of great tasting beverages across our portfolio, with and without sugar.
“In the frozen category, this was easier said than done! We are really proud of the team who cracked the recipe for Frozen Coke No Sugar, which delivers a great Coca-Cola taste, but without the sugar.”
Jo Feeney, marketing director, McDonald’s Australia, said the fast food chain is pleased to be offering the beverage exclusively at its restaurants.

Frozen Coke No Sugar is priced at A$1 and available at all McDonald’s restaurants nationally.
