Soulfresh has created a new plant-based dairy alternative All Mighty Bruce Future M*lk that it says is vegan-friendly.
The new product is made from whole plant ingredients such as wholegrain oats, peas and seaweed. The company said it is dairy free, soy free, nut free and 100-per-cent plant based.
“Our team is always pushing boundaries and challenging the norm and All Mighty Bruce Future M*lk is the perfect example of this. Future M*lk ticks all the boxes – it’s creamy, it’s delicious, it’s environmentally friendly and nutritionally driven. Plus, we thought it was time someone gave our hard-working dairy cows a day off,” Soulfresh founder Didi Lo said.
According to nutritionist Rosie Mansfield, the unlikely combo of oats, seaweed and pea protein has eliminated the confusion when it comes to hitting the nutritional needs of milk drinkers.
“Ticking all the boxes of what you like and need in a glass of the white stuff including protein, calcium and amino acids,” she added.
All Mighty Bruce Future M*lk in 1 litre carton box is available nationwide at Woolworths and independent supermarkets for RRP $5.50.
