Coffee brand Nespresso has rolled out a new iced-coffee range, Barista Creations, for its Original and Vertuo systems for summer.
Freddo Delicato, a Kenyan coffee with fruity notes and Freddo Intenso, a mix of South American Arabica and Indonesian Arabica beans, have intense flavours and a full-bodied finish. Both are made for the Original Nespresso system.
For the Vertuo system, Nespresso has released Ice Leggero, which has fruity and cereal coffee notes and Ice Forte, a South American Arabica mixed with Indonesian Arabica coffee.
“In creating the Barista Creations For Ice range, we have used our expertise to extend beyond the traditional coffee our customers enjoy every day, to offer them a cold, refreshing alternative just in time for summer. By sourcing the highest quality coffee, each blend in the range has been crafted to reach its full potential when enjoyed over ice,” Nespresso Oceania business executive officer Jean-Marc Dragoli said.
The coffee brand also partnered with flavoured syrup brand Monin and created a limited-edition set of mini (50ml) syrups in Salted Caramel, White Peach and Blackcurrant flavours. Nespresso has created easy recipes online, such as Iced Rosemary, Fizzy Ice and Black Iced Coffees, to create at home.
The company also released limited-edition accessories including View Recipe Glasses, View Recipe Spoons and a Blue ice cube tray.
The Barista Creations For Ice range is available online and at Nespresso boutiques from now until February 14, or while stocks last. The Barista Creations for Ice is launched every summer for a limited time.
