Confectionery giant Lindt Master Chocolatiers has rolled out the new Lindt Caramel Squares.
Available in two varieties – of Milk Chocolate Caramel and Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel – they are described as having “rich honey notes and natural caramel flavours, wrapped in milk chocolate and a mild and balanced dark chocolate with cocoa notes and added sea salt”.
“We wanted to remind chocolate-loving adults of the pleasure of enjoying the highest-quality chocolate without occasion, just for the pure love of enjoying fine chocolate,” said Lindt Australia master chocolatier Thomas Schnetzler.
“The caramel is created with milk and butter to provide a rich, dairy flavour and luxurious velvety mouthfeel and texture that balances perfectly with the chocolate,” he said.
The new range is available in 124g packs, with eight individual squares, for RRP $8 in Lindt retail stores and cafes, and in major supermarkets.
