Chocolate maker Yowie has unveiled its new limited-edition Easter collection and a giant chocolate egg.
The company is known for making chocolate eggs with a surprise toy and each Easter egg has a Yowie character with a collectible inside. Customers can also access a range of activities on the company’s website, including downloadable clues for an Easter egg hunt and Easter-themed craft activities.
The special-edition Giant Yowie egg is 20cm tall and weighs 250g. It comes in 12 different designs with three limited-edition dinosaur toys to collect.
“We are delighted to be surprising our fans with a brand-new range of surprise-inside chocolate treats this Easter made with the high-quality chocolate our customers have come to expect,” said Mark Schuessler, CEO of Yowie World.
“We have new seasonal product lines due to be released in Australia this year, which will allow us to continue introducing another generation of consumers to the Yowie brand.”
Yowie chocolate eggs are available at Coles, Woolworths, and select independent retailers.
