All-natural beverage company Capi has unveiled a dedicated cocktail mixer product in partnership with specialty coffee roaster, Industry Beans.
The Capi x Industry Beans Cold Brew Martini is designed to boost at-home mixology and has a naturally sweet cold-drip coffee flavour infused with notes of citrus orange peel and vanilla.
The flavour profile is described as “smooth on the palate with an intriguingly rich after-taste”.
Emma Evans, Capi Group CEO, said the cocktail mixer category has shown “huge potential” having launched just three months ago.
Industry Beans CEO and co-founder, Trevor Simmons, said cold brew coffee is perfect for cocktails because of its pure, balanced profile. “It’s a more refined drinking experience that mixes beautifully with other flavours.”
The product will be available from March 20 via Capi’s and Industry Bean’s online shop, Industry Bean’s stores and via Amazon in 500ml recyclable bottles.
