Food company Green’s has launched Ice Dream, a new range of products that allow consumers to create ice cream cakes at home.
Ice Dream is available in three flavours: Chocolate Chunk, Strawberry Shortbread and Choc Mint. An innovation in the cake mix category, the company claims it takes just over one hour to freeze after preparing.
Chocolate Chunk Ice Dream Cake is a chocolate chunk biscuit base covered with a fluffy chocolate cake mix.
Strawberry Shortbread Ice Dream Cake features a sweet shortbread biscuit base layered with strawberry-flavoured Iced Dream mix and topped with sprinkles.
Choc Mint Ice Dream Sandwich is a sweet choc mint Ice Dream filling sandwiched between two chocolate biscuits.
“We are marking a new era of cake mix convenience with the launch of our Ice Dream creations range so you can mix and freeze the frozen cake of your dreams,” said Karen Marshall, head of marketing and innovation at Green’s.
“Not only do they make great summertime dessert treats, but they’re also great for birthday parties, and at $7 per cake mix, they are much more cost-effective than an expensive pre-made option.”
Green’s Ice Dream range is exclusively available in Woolworths stores nationwide at an RRP of $7 each.
