Emperor Champagne, together with Fleur de Miraval, has released the third edition Exclusive Rose 3 champagne, dubbed ER3.
Fleur De Miraval was established by Famille Perrin and the Péters family, together with Hollywood actor Brad Pitt.
ER3 Champagne is crafted from a base of the 2018 vintage and presents as a delicate pale pink.
This year’s blend models the balance between freshness and complexity, with an “incredible finesse” delicately lifted by 25 per cent young Pinot Noir from tiny parcels in the terroir of Vertus.
On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, redcurrant, and wild strawberry before unveiling slightly smoky notes, a sign of the wine’s maturity.
“For me, champagne conjures up feelings of celebration, quality, prestige and luxury,” explains Pitt.
“I wanted us to try to create the defining brand of rosé champagne, focusing all our efforts on just this one colour. The result is spectacular, and I’m very proud of it.”
To secure a bottle of this limited edition champagne, customers must register online, and it is on a first-registered, first-allocated basis. Those who were able to purchase will become part of Fleur De Miraval, and gain access to future launches.
