Flannerys Organic Wholefoods Market will open the doors of its new Miami store at the Pacific Avenue site on December 13, 31 years after the retailer made its debut on the Gold Coast.

With a $1 million investment, the store aims to be a holistic hub for daily shoppers who are health-conscious and want to look after their well-being.

The original location, which fronted the Gold Coast Highway and served the Miami neighbourhood for 31 years, closed its doors on December 5 to make way for the new space.

Flannerys CEO Fergus Collins said the renovation is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to provide a better shopping experience for their consumers and long-standing community.

“Flannerys has come a long way over the years and we pride ourselves on ensuring our offering continues to expand with us every step of the way,” he said.

According to the brand, the location also includes a cafe with baristas and a diverse selection of certified organic produce, wholefoods, bulk shopping options, chemical-free household products, skincare, locally sourced organic meat, fresh bread, milk, eggs, and a diverse selection of gluten-free and plant-based products.

Flannerys now operates nine locations in Queensland and two in NSW.
