Michelin-star chef Curtis Stone has teamed up with Cadbury once more to create a limited edition chocolate – the Dairy Milk Vanilla Key Lime Pie block.
Stone’s collaboration with Cadbury comes as an ode to his time in the US, inspired by the Key Lime Pie he made famous at his popular restaurant Gwen located in Los Angeles.
“I was introduced to key limes in the US. I love their sweet and tangy taste,” explained Stone.
“My customers agree because it became one of their favourites when I started making and selling my Key Lime Pie recipe at my bakery, The Pie Room by Gwen in LA and it quickly became a customer favourite in LA.”
The block features a vanilla and lime-flavoured creme with a choc biscuit piece, covered in milk chocolate.
This collaboration comes off the back of Stone’s previous co-creations with Cadbury, including the limited edition Caramel Slice Cadbury Dairy Milk block in 2022 and the limited-edition Raspberry and Hazelnut Tart block in 2023.
“Following the success of past collaborations with Curtis, we are excited to introduce our new special edition Cadbury Dairy Milk Vanilla Key Lime Pie block, for a refreshing chocolate twist to the Cadbury range,” shared Ben Wicks, Mondelēz International VP of marketing ANZ.
The new product is available only at Coles stores, with an RRP of $6.
