Unilever’s global chief of transformation – and former ANZ CEO – Nicky Sparshott has stepped down from her position to focus on family and personal projects.
During her 18-year tenure with the company, Sparshott led several initiatives, including transforming Unilever ANZ as the largest certified multi-category B-Corp globally, supporting a four-day work week, growing the T2 tea brand as its CEO, and designing organisational change projects at scale.
Reflecting on her departure, Sparshott said her time with Unilever was enriching and rewarding.
“As I consider my next CEO role, I am going to take some time to reconnect with family and friends and to finish a book I am writing on the value of love as the new corporate currency, supercharging performance,” she concluded in a post on LinkedIn.
