SPC Global increased earnings by more than a quarter last fiscal year, as the food and beverage group shifted its focus toward higher-margin branded products.

“FY26 was the year we moved from integration to performance, from strategy to delivery, and from ambition to a stronger, more credible platform for sustained growth,” said MD Robert Iervasi.

“We validated the rationale for bringing SPC, The Original Juice Co, Nature One, and Natural Ingredients together through real synergy delivery and tighter financial discipline.”

SPC’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) increased 27 per cent to $38.5 million for the year ended June 30, exceeding the company’s guidance for 25 per cent growth.

However, the group’s net sales revenue fell to $331.8 million.

Domestic revenue fell to $287.7 million from $325.4 million in FY25, but normalised EBITDA improved to $22.8 million from $16.7 million.

The company attributed the profit improvement to lower private-label volumes, tighter promotional spending, and a greater mix of branded products.

SPC also expanded its foodservice and convenience business through new pack formats and broader distribution, including Amazon Australia and Costco Australia.

International revenue fell 12.5 per cent to $45.9 million. However, normalised EBITDA increased to $15.7 million from $13.6 million, while the sales contribution margin improved to 60.2 per cent from 47.1 per cent.

SPC also secured new international listings for its Australian brands.

The Original Juice Co’s Black Label range is set to launch at Costco Japan, while the Black Label Orange Juice range generated more than $1.2 million in sales in less than 12 weeks after launching at Emart Traders in South Korea.

SPC is also restructuring its manufacturing network.

The closure of its Mill Park facility and the relocation of Juice Lab production to Shepparton, alongside third-party co-packing in Griffith, are set to be completed next month.

Looking ahead, the company is targeting more than 10 per cent growth in net sales revenue and more than 20 per cent earnings growth in the next year.

“There is more to do, but we remain focused on one clear objective: to continue strengthening the foundations of our company,” Iervasi concluded.
